The open layout seamlessly connects the living area to the fully-equipped kitchen. The bedroom provides a cozy retreat with a queen-sized bed and ample storage space. Conveniently located near dining, shopping, and entertainment options, this spot is perfect for your Anchorage stay. You will enter through the main door, equipped with a smart lock, so late arrivals are 100% okay. Heading up the stairs, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room, along with a half bathroom and washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet, TV, and full bathroom. This unit does share walls with neighboring units, so peaceful enjoyment if the property is essential. While this is a 3 bedroom unit, the downstairs bedrooms/bathrooms/garage are locked and are NOT available to guests. The downstairs of this unit is for owner use only. Owner will NOT be onsite during your stay so the unit is entirely private. Please note, we will not accept reservations from first-time Airbnb guests or guests without good reviews from previous stays. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per reservation. This is a quiet and peaceful complex, so multiple vehicles coming and going will NOT be tolerated. - 2 minute drive from Harley's Old Thyme Cafe and 907 Alehouse and Grill - 3 minutes from Dimond Center (Food, shops, entertainment) - 3 minutes from Campbell Creek Trailhead - 11 minutes from Airport - 20 minutes from JBER gate - 20 minute from Flattop / Glen Alps Trailhead This unit does share walls with neighboring units, so peaceful enjoyment if the property is essential.
