This spacious home is the perfect place to enjoy Alaskan Adventures! Perfect for families and friends, this home is centrally located between Palmer and Wasilla. It is close to Hatcher Pass and all of the activities you can do there. MAIN FLOOR: As you head from the entry way up a few stairs, you will enter the main floor which has a living room, 1/2 bathroom and master bedroom (with private bathroom including tub AND separate shower) LOWER FLOOR: The lower floor has a bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms, family room with TV and 2 twin beds, as well as the laundry room. This property does require going up and down stairs to access both floors. This home is fully accessible to the guest, with the exception of the garage and main bedroom walk-in closet. The rest of the house is for guest use. Outpost Vacation Rentals is a local management company. We are always available via Airbnb messaging, text, or phone call. Between 10pm and 8am, a phone call will be best for a speedy response. If issues arise, we are available to visit the property as needed. There is plenty of parking in the front of the property. The garage will be locked off and not available for tenant use.
