Our 1,000 square foot, 2 bed / 1.5 bath unit was completely remodeled over the past year. Each bedroom has a queen bed and closet space. Master bedroom has access to bathroom, walk-in closet, and work space near window. Lots of natural light. Fully stocked kitchen. Smart TV available for use, but streaming services are not provided. Unit is quiet and you don't often hear your neighbors. Many of the folks living in this building are retired. Guest will have access to one off-street assigned & heated parking garage. Free on-street parking is available if additional parking is required. The building is secure and locked to all non-residents We will meet you onsite to provide keys and brief tour of the apartment building. Outpost Vacation Rentals is a local management company. We are always available via Airbnb messaging, text, or phone call. Between 10pm and 8am, a phone call will be best for a speedy response. If issues arise, we are available to visit the property as needed. Monthly fee includes: - all utilities: water, sewer, refuse included along with wifi and electric. - Bi-weekly cleaning with linen/towel turnover service We provide basic necessities that should last for your first couple days (toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc). However, we do expect guest to stock their own supplies once settled in. We do require a lease to be signed with the unit owners, in addition to signed apartment rules and regulations after unit is booked through Airbnb.
